Contact Lens Fitting
WE WANT CONTACT LENS WEAR TO BE A
PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE.
To ensure you see good, feel good, and look good, we have
policies that our office has found to minimize health risks.
OUR POLICY
|
1. |
We charge a fitting and follow-up fee. The fee is
nominal. It covers our liability and responsibility to
you. It is our only profit from the contact lens
experience. We charge $150 for a new contact lens
fitting and $120 for a contact lens refit. We spend
valuable office time evaluating the fit of your lenses,
making adjustments in the corrections, handling red
eyes, and other contact lens related difficulties. We
order, maintain, return, credit, and manage your
products so you don’t have to. We charge a fee for the
work we do.
|
|
2. |
Contact
lenses are a medical device. We offer
expertise and over 28 years of experience. The fit and
care of contact lenses involves constant maintenance.
50% of all wearers do not properly care for their
lenses. Each contact lens fitting involves: shape, size,
water content, bevels, edges, thickness, brand, type and
physiological response.
|
|
3. |
Routine visits are necessary. Whether you purchase the
actual products from us or choose to shop for a better
price, We recommend routine follow-up care. To be familiar with
your care and to personalize our care, we have found
that ROUTINE CARE MINIMIZES HEALTH RISKS.
